 Selection of Returning Officers.

The Antigua & Barbuda Electoral Commission has announced the selection of the seventeen ( 17 ) Returning Officers for the country’s next general election.

The Chairman of the Commission, Mr. Mc Clin Matthias said that the process was concluded Wednesday 5^th, February 2004.

He said the Returning Officers whose selections were unanimously agreed upon, will by notice published in the Gazette, be appointed to effectively conduct the election in the manner provided by the Act and Regulations and orders made there under.

This step in appointing the seventeen Returning Officers, will be followed by the selection and appointment of Presiding Officers and Poll Clerks.
