How To Send A Text Message

1. Go to the messages option on your Cable & Wireless mobile phone.
2. Select write message or write new from your phone's menu.
3. Using the keypad, enter your message (up to 160 characters).
4. Select Option then Send.
5. Dial VOTE (8683) and press Send
